Free Stuff To Do This Summer!

I was checking out the new area here in Colorado looking for Free to cheap things to do this summer and I have came up with a list of pretty good size so far! Check it out!

Boulder History Museum: Free admission and ice cream all day on first Sun. of the month. (July 11)

Children’s Museum of Denver: Free Target Tuesday first Tue. of the month (July 6), 4-8pm.

Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls and Toys: Free on First Sun.

Denver Art Museum, Free admission on July 3rd.

Museo de las Américas: Every Fri. special activities and refreshments on Target Family Free Day, second Sat. of the month 12-4pm (July 10th)

Denver Botanic Gardens, Free admission on July 22

Foothills Art Center, Free on July 18th

Hammond's Candies FREE tours and candy Monday - Friday, 9am - 3pm, every 30 minutes, Saturday, 10am - 3pm, every 30 minutes

Don't forget about free movies! Selected G or PG movies start at 10:00am every Tuesday and Wednesday during the festival. Tickets and seating are first-come, first-served and are limited to theatre capacity.

Colorado is full of great adventures in the outdoors too, and that can be FREE all the time. If you have to go to an out to a National Park you might want to go on a FREE day here is a list of those:

• August 14-15, 2010
• September 25, 2010
  (Public Lands Day)
• November 11, 2010
  (Veterans Day)

There are 392 parks in the US and some of them don't EVER charge a fee! Like the Dinosaur National Park here in CO/UT!

Several places offer FREE camping as long as you have a FREE permit! Can't beat that!
