My Son and I have been enjoying our story time with this new book, Five Little Bunnies Die-Cut Board Book & CD Set. I was lucky enough to review it, but maybe I should say my four year old was the reviewer. Kids are the ultimate test right? Well if anyone can put a children's item to the test it is my son, Davey! I swear that boy was born wiggling! So a book really has to be good to keep his attention.




The Five Little Bunnies Die-Cut Board Book & CD Set, from Twin Sisters Productions really held him captive. He was outsmarting me after just one read, and telling me what number came next which is perfect for his counting skills. After several reads, (which he insisted on) he was counting backwards the whole way through. Moms like this.



My son was engaged the whole time we were reading. Moms like this. Dad loved the book because it was not too long, Moms like this too. After a long day even my four year old will lose his steam if the book it too long. This book has just the right length so he paid attention the entire book.



The book tells an age old story of five little animals that one by one go away until the end when the all come back. It is a cute ending that will be sure to make everyone smile. The book is made of die-cut board, so my little monkey can read it on his own without me worrying that he will destroy the book. I am sure it is slobber proof too, because we took the book to a restaurant for him to read while we wait and he spilled his drink on it, and it wiped right off. Moms like this.
