How do you celebrate Earth Day? We typically don't do anything really special. I try to save where I can I year long and that ends up being better for us in the long run.
It is funny that today is called Earth Day, and not People's Inhabitable Environment Day, because no matter what we do to the environment the Earth will still be here. Whether or not it is an inhabitable environment for people is the question.
