The fastest way to do laundry:
Wash by room
Gather clothes from one room, wash, dry, throw into a basket and take back into it's room. When you fold each item you put away or hang in it's room.
Saves time, and no piles of clean clothes covering the dryer that never get put away.
Save sock matching time too because all socks go to the same place!
